  It’s good. No doubt about it. Get the crème brulee. It is the best on the planet. Gumbo good. Shrimp etouffee good crawfish etouffee good. Key lime pie good. Service good. Go.

  I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the staff at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen for their service on Mother’s Day. Despite the restaurant being extremely busy, one team member by the name of Jaila who was not even assigned as our server stood out to us. Jaila took the time to consistently check on my grandmother and me throughout our visit. She ensured we were comfortable, asked if we needed anything, and went out of her way to assist us in ways that were not expected of her role. She kindly brought over the dessert display so we could review our options and also provided to go bags without being asked. Her attentiveness and willingness to support the team made a meaningful difference in our dining experience. Her professionalism, kindness, and team spirit truly stood out and helped make our Mother’s Day meal feel special. We are very grateful for her above and beyond service! She provided excellent service and absolutely deserves a raise for her dedication. We will definitely be back and hope to have Jaila as our server for next time.

  Our server Lucy was amazing. She took great care of us while we were there. Very pleasant beautiful smile just all around excellent customer service .

  Mr. Devin provided excellent service during our visit. he greeted us warmly, was attentive without being intrusive, and had a thorough knowledge of the menu and daily specials. Our orders arrived promptly and exactly as requested, and he checked in at appropriate times to refill drinks and ensure everything tasted good. When a small issue arose with one dish, he handled it quickly and courteously, resolving the matter to our satisfaction. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the meal more enjoyable.
