We first called the local store number, but it routed us to a call center. The representative was unable to assist, so he transferred us to the store so we could speak with a manager. Unfortunately, no one ever answered the phone, and the call was eventually disconnected multiple times on Papa John’s end. We called the store back multiple times. From my phone alone, I called five times. One call was finally answered, only for the employee to immediately hang up. My husband then tried calling from his phone three more times, and those calls were also disconnected without anyone helping us. Receiving the wrong order is frustrating, but the complete lack of customer service made the experience even worse. We simply wanted to speak with someone to have the order corrected, but after multiple attempts, we were unable to get any assistance.
