  This McDonald's use to be the best McDonsald's in Beaumont, Texas and it has now completely gone to shit. We just left there, my husband walked in and everybody was gathered around the fry area playing. The manager told the young lady who was working the front counter that she had a customer. The young lady looked at my husband and said that she has to sneeze, and she and another young lady began to laugh. So the manager came over and took the order. Once the order was complete, my husband asked the same young lady for some ketchup and

  Well I’ll tell ya what… I went down to McDonald’s the other day, and buddy, I had myself a moment of clarity. Now I ain’t sayin’ it’s fine dining… but if you’ve ever been so hungry you start considerin’ gas station sushi, and then you see those golden arches glowin’ like a lighthouse in a storm… you might just be in the right place. I pulled up, and that drive-thru line was longer than a Monday mornin’ at the DMV… but don’t let that fool you. Those folks were movin’ faster than a cat on a hot tin roof. I barely had time to decide between a Big Mac and my dignity before they were askin’ me to pull forward. And let me tell you about that food… That Big Mac? Built like a double-decker miracle. That special sauce? I don’t know what’s in it, and frankly, I don’t wanna know—some things are better left between Ronald and the Lord. And them fries… Boy, if you’ve ever burned your fingers AND your mouth because you just couldn’t wait… you might be eatin’ at McDonald’s. Crispy, salty, hotter than the surface of the sun, and I still went back for more like I had no self-control whatsoever. Now the sweet tea? Good enough to make a Southern grandma nod in approval… or at least not complain out loud. All I’m sayin’ is this: If you’ve ever pulled into a McDonald’s just for a drink and somehow left with a full meal, a dessert, and a little bit of shame… you might be livin’ your best life. 10/10. Fast, familiar, and hits the spot every single time.

  When you go at night they NEVER allow card payments only cash, Poor customer service, rude employees, and they made my food cold and when i asked for it fresh they just threw it right back into their nasty grease which SHOULD HAVE been changed out a long time ago.

  Never will order from this location again, had my food delivered at work and didn't get my whole order and they wouldn't do anything about it.
