Having to wait in a drive thru for 20 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. If y'all are having that hard a time serving people then. Maybe y'all should be paying people more and treat employees better so you'll have more of them and things go more smoothly. Never going to another one of these places.

Worse drive thru ever. I stop to get a coffee. Got no answer. When I said hello the worker told me she was not working if she was gonna be the only one working. Then she said what do you want anyways. I responded just a medium coffee 2 creams. She said we don’t have any coffee anyways. 6am in the morning today. Worse service ever at a McDonalds period.

The dining room is very nasty. The bathroom is very nasty. Stuff is all over the table. The bathroom is very nasty. I advise anybody not to eat at this McDonald’s they clean it up. It is ridiculous. The restroom is nasty. Frenn fries all on the floor Tea and stuff all over the floor. Advise anybody not to eat it is.

Get these disrespectful children off the drive-thru mic! It was pouring down when I went to the drive through and there already a car waiting to have her order taken next to me. We both sat at the window for almost 2 mins and that's when we both started to tell yell, "Hello?" Just to try to get someone, thinking they might not have heard us over the rain." The car even honked her horn a few times until she finally got frustrated and drove off. I yelled "Hello!" one more time before a girl finally came on the mic giggling and took my order. Mind you, there was no one in line when I got there. When I drove around to pay, she was still giggling and dapping up another co worker. She took my money and walked off instead of taking the next person's order. When I drove to the second window, she is up there cracking up and dapping up the same co worker again and the young man at the second window apologized to me and begged her to please go back and take orders. On top of that, she rang my entire meal up as 3 separate items and they forgot the fries. What is happening here? Definitely needs better management, better attitudes, and only hire people who want to work.

I don’t see how this place is still even open. The customer service is horrible. The food is horrible. I have gone here on several occasions and was disappointed each time. I only go here because my grandson likes to eat here. I do not think I will be going back. I do not recommend anyone going unless you want terrible food with even worse, customer service. I understand this is just a job to them, but people are spending their hard earned money so they should at least get decent food and service.
