    They can't substitute sour dough bread for a sesame seed bun on a ham melt. The reasoning is that they don't have a key for sour dough. Inventory counts are strictly enforced therefore they can't verbally change it. I solved the issue, we ate elsewhere. They said they had plenty of other customers.

    My au jus was literally water. My reuben was completely cold. My beef and cheddar was nearly refrigerated. Second time I've been here, will not return ever. First time was just as bad 3 years ago. 3 years and no improvement is really bad. In fact it got worse.
