Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- DFDedric FosterAug 14, 20261.0Dear Whataburger Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your restaurant this morning. When I arrived, the managers appeared to be running around and playing instead of helping customers. The line was very long, and both the managers and staff were disrespectful and rude to several customers. When I finally received my order, my food was unacceptable. My meal was cold, and the fries were only half cooked. While I was there, another gentleman came in simply to order a senior coffee. Instead of assisting him professionally, an employee yelled at him and said, “Why don’t you go to another Whataburger if you’re going to complain?” I told one of the young ladies that good customer service is what keeps a restaurant successful. Her response was that she didn’t care. That attitude, combined with the behavior I witnessed from management, reflects very poorly on your company. I have always expected better from Whataburger. I hope you will investigate this incident, address the behavior of the management team and staff, and ensure that customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

- ACA CJul 23, 20261.0Avoid this location. Extreme repulsive behavior from employees who make you wait extreme times for rotten, cold and stale food. They won't bother to give you one napkin, a packet of ketchup and could care less about their jobs. They also do not like certain people. Store needs a major overhaul asap.
