  Do not go to this Sonic late at night or in the day for that matter. The staff are not attentive. they don't answer the kiosk when you try to place an order much less the speaker and you may have to drive up to the window before you get somebody to even notice that you're there. Only giving them a one-star rating because zero is not an option. overall I will find a new Sonic to go to before going back to this Sonic. And as far as doordashing for this Sonic goes don't do it. My wife did and they locked her out since she had to go inside to get someone to acknowledge she had an order. Absolute disgraceful.

  All the curbside menu and ordering spots out of order even the drive thru you have to wait till you get to the window to place order. This place should be closed

  All of the stalls are broken, the drive thru speaker doesn't work and after sitting in the drive thru for over 25 minutes I was informed that they didn't have any slushes

  Sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes for two drinks, a corn dog and small cheese sticks is insane!!! Came out and took our payment immediately thought. They are in there on their cell phones laughing and playing around. Meanwhile I’m about to have to drive off because I have to be somewhere.

  Very rude had to repeat order of two shakes 5 times in person for them to understand and “get it right” then one of the two shakes came out wrong. Called back to have it corrected the lady said “ it has the Oreo pieces but whatever I’ll go remake it” then brought plain ice cream out in a cup with some strawberry sauce and a couple Oreo pieces on top. Beyond rude and unprofessional. I’ll be sure to NEVER go back there.
