- LRLiz RileyMay 13, 20264.0I really like most everything about Salt Grass,however, being charged 18.50 for a 9 oz glass of wine when the retail value of an entire bottle is only 16.00-17.00 is completely being disrespectful of a customer. Very disappointing. Just lost a customer over this.

From the beginning, she acted like we were bothering her anytime we asked for something. We asked about senior citizen and military discounts, and she seemed very unwilling to help or explain them. She even stated they didn’t offer a senior discount, even though we had checked beforehand and knew they did. Anytime we requested anything, she appeared impatient and annoyed. At one point I asked another waitress for a to-go cup, and she also acted bothered and didn’t even want to acknowledge me. The only positive part of our visit was the front staff, who were very kind, welcoming, and friendly when we arrived. Customer service can really make or break an experience, and sadly this visit did not meet our expectations.We Love Salt Grass Steak House

On Thursday I dined in and the food and server was great but I noticed a gentleman standing by the kitchen constantly touching his genitals. He then proceeds to walk through the dining room talking to tables never once stoping to wash his hands. I couldn’t believe it. He was doing it in plain site. I lost my appetite. I asked my server the gentleman’s name and she said Rob our General Manager. You mean to tell me the General Manager of the store shows this nasty behavior. He did it several more times after that. I’m not coming back to this location because what is he showing his staff.
