  Just great,I had forgot i had an issue with this pizza hut and ordered from there agian.Dammit.Now my families dinner is an hour and a half late,(from their delivery time) mind you.Out an 80$ order.Never ordering from Pizza Hut agian.

  Order couple of pizzas . Waited for 2 hours . Never got delivered . Keep calling the “store “ and it will transfered me to a total different number . They have us the Corporate number where only a machine answers and never got to talk to anyone . Came to pick up my order myself and get my money refund in delivered and tip . They couldn’t give me my order and gave me bunch of excuses to refund my money . Never go to this place Z I’ll prefer to cook a fry egg at home than wasting my time again with this people …

  I just want to say this is the worst location ever! I have never in my life experienced a Pizza Hut location that has issues with delivery and picking up 90% of the time. I feel as though corporate just needs to close this store down because even with a new staff they just can’t seem to get it together.

  The only reason I did not rate them a one star is because of how busy it was. I totally understand being busy and taking longer than normal. However, their system needs to be totally overhauled. I placed my order online and it should’ve been about 15 minutes according to the website. When I arrived, my name was on the screen that the order should be ready at 5:52. I arrived at 5:55. I did not get my food until 6:51. The order was placed at 5:37. I was told that my pizzas were in the oven and so I waited about 15 minutes and asked again and they had put my pizzas in a warmer and they have been there for at least 10 minutes. To make matters worse, they totally ignored multiple customers. If they would just communicate with the customers, it would’ve made things a whole lot better. Once again, I understand being slammed, but they need to totally revamp their system.
