  Showed up at 10:25 the store and google listing says it opens at 10am. Store was not open and no-one answered the phone. Eventually got a call back saying the posted hours are incorrect 🙄what a waste of time and gas…

  The service needs a good dose of kindness; very rude, I hope they can improve customer care. Or, if you want to avoid that kind of rudeness, choose another Pizza Hut—there are several in the area."

  Soon as this location opened, we started using it instead of the Baker location. Finally, a store closer! We've used it thru the half price Wednesdays, and many other deals. Sadly all prices have risen, of course, so we don't go as often but when we do they still recognize us and are friendly. We prefer to use them for parties for students as well, and the kids love these pizzas! This location even called the last time we ordered to make sure it wasn't a mistake and confirm pickup time. The guy was helpful helping me pack them up so they wouldn't get ruined. I only marked 4 on food because the corporate chain decided to change their pan pizza recipe, and it just isn't the same. We loved the tall fluffy pan, but it seems denser and thinner than before. Nothing any of the employees can do about it. It's just a supplier/production change, sadly. They were understanding and had explained it to us when it happened after my mom sent me back thinking they had made it "regular" on accident. Nope. Just the pan changed.

  The amount of dust on the walls and ceilings is disgusting. Someone should be cleaning that more often. Makes me wonder if it's getting into the food!!
