  the asian manager should not be in management he is not correcting his employees and they hand out orders wrong after going back multiple times for the same one order. he should be demoted or trained better. he walks around looking clueless

  Usually never do reviews but while I was eating in with my family the lady at the counter started making fun of a older guy after he got confused a had asked for one nugget and when he walked out after he was told they didn’t have one nugget counts she called her coworkers and started laughing at him saying “how much he think it was gonna be a dollar” then proceeded to say rude stuff about him and make fun of him it was a younger girl but still not acceptable.

  Ordered through drive thru. Told to pull up and wait. All the people behind us got there food and we were left waiting. There were like 7 cars. Got out to go inside and the girl who was bringing out the food said to give her a few minutes. I went inside to try to get my money back. The girl who was bringing out the food told the manager she didn't know why I wanted my money back because it hadn't been that long. I guess 7 cars leaving ahead of me isn't long. I dont think so. We left because the manager wanted me to bring my card and we didn't have time to wait more. Had to be somewhere. NOT SATISFIED.
