  I got kicked out because I accidentally fell asleep. If I weren't homeless it wouldn't be a problem, but oh well. But the thing is, is that I ordered a breakfast biscuit with sausage egg and cheese and I literally waited 38 minutes (they tend to suck at service) and I fell asleep. No one even wanted to wake me. They just called the police. 🫩

  The fact that after 11 pm you go to the drive thru and it's cash only? Make it make sense .

  I was in the drive through and they gave me two mcgriddles i ordered one. I gave it back because i ordered sausage and egg no cheese and then they gave me a cold old mcgriddle that was just bacon and cheese that I didn't notice until i was halfway down the road. I finally just turned around and went inside and the manager was great and apologized and fixed it. There were other people inside as well with incorrect orders. Check your food before leaving if you go through drive thru!!

  My complaint is directed at this manager; she treats customers very poorly and offers no assistance to people coming in to pick up food orders. Today, a young woman asked her about an order, and she didn't help her—she didn't even look at her. She dislikes assisting Spanish-speaking customers, even though it is abundantly clear that she herself speaks Spanish. People like this should not hold a management position if they are incapable of providing good customer service.

  Typical McDonalds experience. Service was painfully slow, felt like waiting through a dynasty. The food was fresh, which was nice. Can't recall the last time I had that fresh of food from McDs. Too bad the wait was so long.
