    The parking lot was mostly full and they only had 2 registers open everyone else had to go to self checkout wich with produce it’s like trying to figure out a rubics cube. When I asked for help the employee started pushing a lot of buttons and I asked him how he did it he made me feel stupid for asking with his flippant attitude. All him and another employee were doing was just standing around talking and joking with each other Do better heb

    Unfortunately, this location consistently forgets items from my pickup orders. Almost every time I order from here, I’m missing anywhere from 2–5 items. The customer service is usually okay, but it’s still a major inconvenience, especially since this is my nearest H-E-B and I’m already traveling about 20 minutes to pick up my order. What makes it even more frustrating is that it can take around two weeks for my bank to refund me for the missing items. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend using the pickup service at this location unless you’re prepared to double-check everything before leaving.
