- VSVeronica SalgadoSep 12, 20262.0Not sure who is the new manager but the last few times I have been there it’s so dirty in the kitchen and the eating area. It used to be so clean and now it’s nasty. New manager is needed to run this be before we stop eating there.
- JBJoseph BSep 3, 20261.0Ordered on the app for drive thru window. I pull up to the window, and as the only car at the lane, sit for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. So I get out of my car and go in. I ask the cashier for my order and she’s hands it to me. I ask why the drive thru person had me sitting. The cashier states “oh she won’t help you until she’s caught up on the orders” I was like “how am I supposed to know that if no one told me?” She just shrugged. Mind you my order was ready the entire time. So I get home. Burrito bowl was like they put a gallon of the new lime crème sauce. My bowl was basically soup. I swear when I tell you, there was maybe 13 pieces of chicken. I swear if you don’t order in person, this restaurant will get over on you! My quesadilla looked like it was literally made and then thrown against the wall. The standards at this location have really gone down hill.
