  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After waiting an extended period for someone to come to the drive-thru window, I requested a refund for my order due to the excessive wait. The employee informed me that she was unable to process a refund. When I asked who could assist me, she stated that only the District Manager could authorize it but refused to provide the manager’s name or contact information. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she became argumentative and, after going back and forth, abruptly slammed the drive-thru window shut. I never received my food, nor was my refund processed, yet my card was still charged. This level of customer service was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I am requesting a full refund and that this incident be reviewed so that other customers are not treated the same way.

  Checkers is freaking good the burgers are nice and most definitely there fries 🍟 my gosh! The fries taste like pancakes 🥞 so damn good

  They messed up an order then gave me a full refund and offered to replace the entire meal for free. They have excellent service and usually don't mess up orders. I highly recommend!
