  I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent experience at Bojangles store #001476 in Baytown, Texas. It seems this location is more focused on drive-through time than the actual quality and accuracy of the food being served. There was nobody in the drive-through line when I placed my order for myself and my wife. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and added lettuce and tomato to the sandwich, along with my wife's meal. After paying $21.52 at the window, I was instructed to pull forward and wait for my food to be brought out. Normally, being asked to pull forward would make me think the food was being made fresh, so I had no issue waiting. However, once we drove off and opened the food, the experience was very disappointing. The chicken sandwich was cold, the pickles were missing, and the fries had an overwhelming amount of seasoning to the point they were almost unbearable to eat. What makes this even more disappointing is that my only previous experience with Bojangles was at the Charlotte, North Carolina airport location, and the food and customer service there were excellent. Based on this experience in Baytown, it appears this store's staff may need additional training on food quality, accuracy, and hospitality. Honestly, if service and food quality continue at this level, I do not see this location lasting long in the area. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this store again for any reason. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and addressed with the staff and management at this location so future customers receive the quality and service they expect from the Bojangles brand.   We ordered catering for a birthday party a couple of days in advance. At time of pick-up, they said the order wasn't there and treated our guest that was picking up the food like they had the wrong address instead of looking into it first. When they were showed the receipt and order confirmation, they rushed the food out late and with only half of the order. This event was the end of March and we have yet to receive any sort of resolution despite having spoken with the general manager and ownership. I'm disappointed in the handling of this situation. I understand that things can happen, but when we only received half of the order and late surely there would be some sort of response. The corporate helpline was provided with photo proof of order and no response. If you order catering from them online, be careful.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Bojangles. The employee who took my order (name on receipt: Tony) was distracted, talking to multiple cars at once, and my order was taken incorrectly. At the window, I could see her handling food. After waiting, she came to the window while still taking another order. My drinks had ice even though I asked for no ice, my food was poorly packed (two meals in one small bag), and no straws were given. When I asked for my drinks to be fixed, she rolled her eyes and smacked her lips. After paying, I checked my food and it was still wrong. She walked away, closed the window, and continued making food with the same gloves after touching surfaces and the register. Another employee (name on receipt: Andria) came to the window and was also rude. Her hands appeared visibly dirty with what looked like flour up to her elbows. When I addressed the incorrect order and hygiene concerns, she became defensive and said things like “you can make a complaint, I don’t care” and “so you want a refund?” No apology was given. I even tried to return the food but was told they couldn’t throw it away due to “cross contamination,” yet employees were clearly handling money and surfaces with the same gloves used to prepare food. Overall, terrible customer service and very concerning cleanliness practices. I will not be returning.
