  Pretty nice place. Yes staff make mistakes but they are willing to fix it for you.

  We had such a great experience here! Food is on point, staff was so friendly and welcoming and honestly portion sizes were generous! My husband and I shared a 5pc tender with fries also an extra side of Mac and cheese. He was so happy about our meal and praised the staff before we left, better than Canes!

I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical at first—but I was in for a pleasant surprise. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and my order was taken with courtesy and efficiency. I can honestly say that the hype is real—Bojangles did not disappoint! First and foremost, the Bo-Berry Biscuits were the crown jewel of the entire experience. They were fresh, warm, buttery, and tasted like they were made from scratch. The chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit was cooked to perfection, while the Bo-Rounds were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. The true showstopper, however, was the Bo-Berry Shake. It was pure bliss—rich, refreshing, and the perfect complement to an already outstanding breakfast. A special shout-out goes to Andrea for her professionalism and exceptional customer service. Despite the morning rush, my order was accurate, prepared promptly, and delivered with a smile. Her positive attitude made an already great experience even better. I'll definitely be returning, especially to try the lunch menu and complete the full Bojangles experience. If you're looking for delicious Southern comfort food and outstanding service, I highly recommend the Bojangles in Mont Belvieu. They've earned a new loyal customer!

  Chicken was so good 😊😊 definitely be back their Arnold Palmer the best I ever had. The dipping sauce are best I ever had definitely top tier chicken their deserts are delicious 🤤

  I have been going to the Baytown BoJangles for almost a year now, up until this point I was really enjoying the food and huge biscuits. The last couple times I went it was less than positive... very long waits even when there was no lines, stale fries and stale biscuits and just overall not what I've come to expect from BoJangles up till this point. Well last night ensured I would never go back again, my wife and I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches (no combo) and I bit into mine and something seemed off, when I looked at the sandwich I realized it was RAW.bI was appalled and disgusted, I couldn't believe I just spent $15 and I was served a raw sandwich. I went in to complain and requested a refund, they did apologize and their excuse was "they didn't check the chicken's temperature".
