  This is my second visit in a week since opening. & BOTH times has been excellant. Especially in the polite staff. Food was great & place kept clean & presentable. Nice considering being a NEW place.

  I understand being busy and waiting for an order, and everything was fresh. I don't know if it was made on the wrong size tortilla or they have just shrank the serving size but either way it's disappointing.

  Taco Bell is Taco Bell. As this is new, it is packed, but the service is great and friendly. Expect slower times for now, but as the traffic slows down, hoping it maintains the higher standards and doesn't reduce in quality like most things in Bay City.

  THE FOOD WAS DRY, Workers took forever with the food, didn’t make my “cheesey gordita crunch”correctly. There was no sauce that i’ve specified or if it came on it, it wasn’t there. workers were playing around the whole time, worker named isiah or whatever sat down whole time i was there on his cell phone. Spent 70$ for 4 people.. Every item we bought was completely dry. Although there was 2 really good workers there. BRE and another with red braids. Really sweet and respectful. Helped out a lot. Although eating 2/10 star. Would not recommend. Lake jackson has the best taco bell Food & Service i’ve ever eaten.

  The new opening this morning was great as Taco Bell always is everywhere i go!! The Pinapple freeze drink was AWESOME & spot on = not too frozen & not too thin!! & the food was precisely nice!
