  Taco Bell in Bay City, TX, offers tasty food at affordable prices. The staff was friendly, and my order was prepared correctly. Service was a little slower than expected, but overall, it was a good experience and a convenient place for a quick meal.

  The wait time was over a hour for just a couple of combo meals. The manager was just standing there not helping his employees to speed up the process. They had young workers there just talking with friends in the building not caring for any customers whatsoever. This Bay City Taco Bell is trash. Nothing has changed from the last time we had a Taco Bell. But this one is definitely worse. Horrible management because they don’t lead by example. Food was not hot, it was mid. Always putting the wrong items when you request no certain items on your food. I’d rather drive to another Taco Bell location than go to this one in my own city.

  ordered through the app so my food could be ready ahead of time, when I got there and checked in they said to wait which is fine since it was around lunchtime. Ended up waiting 30 minutes when I asked for my food it was put to the side and they never called me and then they tried to serve me the cold food.

  Customer service is absolutely shit my husband waited 45 minutes in the lobby to be served cold fries after requesting everything fresh.. was given the food but still had no drinks had to wait another 15 minutes to be told they didn't have the products to make a dragonfruit berry drink so had to get something else and it's disgusting hate I even paid for something advertised like it's available and had to get something else that didn't even cost as much as my original choice! This location is sad and needs better management better team leads! This is not the first time this has happened either this is now the third strike so your out I'm done won't waste another penny on your establishment.

  Hasn't even been open 2 months. Quality is bottoming out. AI consistently get order wrong. Fries cold. Food is so-so. Bay City can't have anything nice. Bay City employees don't care.
