  Does not close until 11pm.....well its not supposed to.....tried to go at 10:10pm and no one was there. Service as sucked here before too.

  Mackenzie is somwthing else , lemme tell you. Why would you come to work with such a negative additude , she was very rude and unprofessional. She gave me incorrect change and didn't provide me with my receipt

  Sonic 2601 Avenue F Bay City, TX 77414 Store number 1616 Transaction date/time 3/28/26 18:28 This is not the first time. First off, ordered 10 prior to getting to restaurant, just 2 sodas. Got to restaurant and checked in on app. 5 minutes later one employee comes out of the bathroom. I completely understand that, we had no issues with that. 5 minutes after that, the other 2 workers came from behind the building just talking away to each other, both had their headsets on. Then it was another 5-10 minutes before we got our 2 sodas with no ice and just one flavor added to each. Very simple order. The black woman that was working is very rude and has mega very bad customer service skills. All the times we have been there and she has been our car hop, she has yet to ever say a single word to us. I will be putting this everywhere i can to make sure it gets noticed. There are only 2 people that ever give us our order that are actually nice. It is ridiculous that someone like that is allowed to work there at all.

  Rude people work here. Multiple visits Multiple people same result. Owner however is friendly as ever it seems. Ty for the response. I changed to 2 stars because of this. With change in service I will gladly change to 5 star.
