She went above and beyond to address my concerns, mediate the situation, and ensure everything was made right. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care turned a disappointing experience into a positive one. Vanessa made me feel truly valued as a customer, and her commitment to customer satisfaction did not go unnoticed.   Absolutely deplorable service. They made me wait 20 minutes for nothing—only to tell me that I would have to wait another 20 minutes because they hadn't even placed the order yet. What incompetent people!
