- SBS. B.Jul 15, 20261.0Worst customer service I've experienced in the deli department. I asked Gloria for an item that is sold on a specific day and that I've been purchasing for years. It has always been available before 8:00 a.m. However, Gloria specifically told me that she could not sell me the item until 8:30 a.m. or later. I knew that information wasn't correct, so a few days later I asked other employees in the deli department. They confirmed that the item is consistently available by at least 7:00 a.m. Providing customers with inaccurate information is frustrating, especially for regular customers. If Gloria was unsure, she should have verified the information instead of telling me she could not sell the item until after 8:30 a.m. I expect employees to be knowledgeable about the products they sell and to provide accurate information. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional training so future customers receive better, more accurate customer service.

Or my cotton balls, sandwich bags with a bag of velveeta cheese ? There is no need for that at all .. or maybe they just don’t care . When I was a merchandising trainee at Disney bagging the right items was a must .
