  Been to this location 3 times. Same order everytime. Iced Matcha Latte. First two visits were good. Most recent visit the drink was off/sour. Drank about 1/4 and threw the rest out. Must have been expired. Staff was friendly.

  The staff and management is very friendly, and helpful with suggestions and treat each person with kindness. There really fast and the line was not long at all. Can't wait to go back.

  Just had a HORRIBLE customer service experience. The young lady who took my order did AMAZING. I believe she might have been a manager. The young lady who was taking the money had an attitude. I gave her correct change and she told me they didn’t take pennies. I gave her the CORRECT change. To my knowledge pennies are still in circulation . They still have a value. She popped an attitude when she asked if I had a nickel. She then went and asked the manager if they could take pennies and that individual said yes. She didn’t tell me thank you or have a nice day when she handed me my drink. As a human it’s ok to be wrong, but don’t take it out on the customer.
