  Comming in here for my first time, I was welcomed by Bie who actually just set the vibe. She's perfect for Workin the front she's got it down Food was great. Suggested by a former Smokey's employee I follewed there recommendation and tried a brisket burger for a post workout carb load. I was thoroughly pleased

  Bie provides excellent service she interact with customers to see if they need anything and checks to see if the food is great to my satisfaction. She (Bie) makes me feel welcome and puts a smile on for bein here to enjoy my food.

  Bie was very sweet and gave me recommendations as I told her it was my first time trying HEB BBQ. I got the pulled pork sandwich which was good and a side of fries the only reason I give a four on the food is because I wasn’t a fan of the bbq suace I personally feel like both were on the sweeter side wish there was a hot sauce available.

  Best chicken tenders in the area! This is the only place that has consistent friendly service and consistently good food in my opinion. I’ve been here over 10x to order tenders bc they are always perfectly cooked. Shout out to Bie working the register, she’s super cheerful with customers and always seems ready to help when you walk up to order.

  Met up with friends Tuesday after work, they have $2 off beers which we thought was awesome. but then the first issue arose. my husband was served a beer on tap and there was a straw wrapper floating in it. he pulled it out if front of them and they didn't even acknowledge that they gave him a dirty glass or offer to replace it. He was going to go ahead and drink it since was just paper then noticed a bunch of dirt particles rising to the top and asked them to replace it , which they did. but i do think they should of offered when they saw the glass was dirty with old paper in it to begin with instead of him having to bring it up and ask. I ordered a potato with turkey and brisket. they called my name within 4 minutes, it was hot and was pretty tasty. I was a happy camper. my friend ordered a one meat plate after I placed my order, and she waited 25 minutes before asking about her order. we watched everyone else get their meals. They claimed they called her name 3 times which we know they did not as we were sitting right near the counter. No one came out to holler her name even after she had paid for it. Needless to say they brought out food five minutes later. they never apologized, or reimbursement or even a discounted beer!
