- BGBrian GayMay 11, 20261.0I recently relocated to the Bastrop area and have shopped at numerous stores in Houston. This store is so poorly run and always packed. They are always out of stock and just the other day they were literally out of bags for the self checkout. It is unreal how a store that I have always enjoyed the shopping experience in could be this bad.

You didn’t have to design anything of your own. Just look at how Amazon does it and copied one-to-one and it would be good but no, you decided that you did invent your own. Your checkout is horrendous. It’s unusable it takes forever. And it doesn’t help when the self check out takes forever to do because your regular checkout lines are 20 minutes long. Nobody’s got the time to wait there for hours just to get some groceries. What were you thinking?
