- MBMargaret Beltran2 days ago1.0Everybody who works there like management and security are all racist as my and my family were shopping this white lady kept rush knowing she could go around almost hitting me with her basket then she kept talking and I jumped in bc my mom and daughter are in a mobile scooter and instead of kicking her out the looked directly at us my mom was away it was me who walked back up to her but they didn't ask us anything they just took her side and kicked us out this store has been posted on the Internet about how racist they are and I think they need to be reported or new management needs to take over I was a loyal customer until now I will not be going back
- PBPaul BlomstromOct 17, 20262.0I bought 20 bags of corn that was advertised as apple corn and when I got home and opened up a couple of bags it had no smell of apple whatsoever in it. On top of that it had already been infested with weavels at some point in time cause the damage was clear ,full of dead weavels and half eaten corn kernels. I waited couple of days and took it back thinking maybe they have a newer shipment but I couldn't be so lucky. They had received a new shipment but it was the same as the corn I bought so I was forced to settle with what I had. The bag claims to be triple cleaned , well that couldn't be any farther from the truth. Do no buy corn from HEB at least not the brand that I bought claiming to be apple flavored and triple cleaned.

In the 6 years living here I've come across 3-4 employees that seem to actually care about customer service/experience and the personal shoppers with their red carts are indifferent, at best, and intentionally callous/rude/disrespectful/inconsiderate at worst. Avoid at all costs if possible

I go there all the time now instead of Walmart I love their plant department
