  Restaurant was dirty with overflowing trash cans, dirty table tops. Food quality was horrible with old lettuce and small portions in salad bowl. Bad customer service from staff. They wanted to charge for dressing and salsa which is part of the salad. We had to return salad because it was spoiled and worker questioned me until I showed him "brown" lettuce than had the audacity to ask if we paid for the green sauce on the replacement bowl.

  I like the idea of fresh food, but boy... they put so little meat/chicken to the bowl, and if you add extra chicken ($4) that would cost exactly the same amount as you pay for a whole chicken meal at Texas Road House plus you get bread butter and other extra stuff there. In my opinion Chipotle is overpriced. Rice, lettuce and canned beans are cheap and everything extra you have to pay extra because there is not enough protein for adult to get enough nutrients

  I came to this chipotle on Thursday 8/6/26 around 12:25pm in the afternoon. While the employees are nice, the atmosphere is clean, I will never be coming back here ever again. The next day, Friday 8/7 I woke up not feeling the greatest, but went about my morning. By 10am I was extremely sick and throughout the day I threw up a total of 7x to the point where I couldn’t even keep Powerade and a plain banana and white rice down. The violent projectile vomit that came out of me in public was so embarrassing. As I did some research I realized that Chipotle has a salmonella outbreak from their jalapeños.. well, I had Pico de gallo and cilantro lime sauce in my bowl. Never again. I’ve never been so sick in my life, this went on all weekend to the point where I lost 11lbs.

  i loved the service here, it was genuinely the best i have ever experienced in a restaurant. Zitlaly helped me out and she was the nicest person ive met, she was so sweet and made my experience so much better. Not only did she take my order but she put a smile in my face, she wasnt rushed and took her time to perfect my order. It was the best experience and meal ever, i left the place feeling happy and excited to eat. I will be coming back and i hope each time zitlaly is there to talk to her again.

  ​I had a great experience visiting the Chipotle in Bastrop, and I wanted to leave a shoutout for Zitlaly! ​From the second I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, friendly attitude that completely made my day. She was incredibly attentive, prepared my food with care, and made sure every portion was spot on. On top of her top-notch customer service, the line was moving fast, the ingredients were fresh, and the whole store was spotless. ​It’s rare to see customer service this fantastic nowadays. Zitlaly truly goes above and beyond, and she’s a huge asset to this Bastrop location. I’ll definitely be coming back often—thank you, Zitlaly!
