  This location does not offer the Sonic Rechargers and win you try to order one they get very impatient with you and come off a little moody. Wile im only trying to order what is on the menu. Would not revisit this location due to this experience.

  The last time I went the ladies inside were too busy screaming profanity at each other to bother with the customers. I waited at the window for over 20 minutes for a very small order. This isn't the first time I heard them screaming at each other either. If I was the manager or owner I would be soooo embarrassed and ashamed. This is unacceptable behavior.

  Order was wrong AGAIN, and I ordered tater tots with bbq sauce with my online order and the carhop told me I had to pay 80 cents per sauce packet because it’s store policy. Yet yesterday they didn’t charge me for one barbecue sauce with my tater tots so I do not understand but I highly recommend you DO NOT Eat at sonic and Ballinger tx
