- AWAlexus WilliamsJul 2, 20261.0I ordered three large traditional crust pizzas with light sauce, but all three were made with extra sauce. The cheese pizza was burnt, dry, and had very little cheese, and all of the crusts were thin and burnt. The pizzas looked rushed and were already sitting on the counter getting cold when I arrived. After only a seven-minute drive home, they were cold. The customer service was just as disappointing. When I walked in, no one greeted me. Instead, I was asked, "Are you the pickup name?" while employees were sitting around talking. I called that night to report the issues and request a remake. When I called back the next day, I was told there were no notes in the system. After waiting more than 20 minutes to speak with a supervisor, Sally told me they could only remake one pizza because no one had documented my original complaint. This experience was unacceptable. I expect better food, better customer service, and a fair resolution. General manager I would like my money back please and thank you.

The quoted ready time was way off — I waited significantly longer than I was told, with no heads up or apology. That kind of thing matters when you're planning around a pickup time. On top of that, music with explicit/profane lyrics was playing openly in the store. That's not appropriate for a public-facing business, especially with customers of all ages coming in. It came across as careless and unprofessional. The food itself may be fine, but the experience in that store needs serious attention from management. Do better.
