  Ordered food on app and there was an error. I called the location to see if the order could be cancelled or see if I could get refunded. The person on the phone kept saying to fix it on the app but couldn’t tell me how. She hung up on me, I called back and asked to speak to a manager. She states she was the manager but didn’t know how to fix the problem and when I asked for a FIRST name, only a first name she said she didn’t feel comfortable giving that and hung up. There was no need for the rudeness when all I was asking was how I could get a refund.

  (Charley's in the Balch Springs Tx. Walmart) Well I was hoping it wouldn't happen but it has. The food and service has bottomed out. There was only 1 person working, so the order line was crazy long. I ordered large regular frys, I got frys with cheese.
