  I had a great experience here tonight! There were two younger gentleman working inside- they need a raise. We came to pick up our food and they noticed our fries looked old and cold, they said “hold on we can’t let you go with fries like that, we wouldn’t want to eat those. Let us make you some fresh fries” THAT is good customer service, that’s what makes people want to go back. We are constantly getting cold gross fries anywhere we go, and they cost a lot of money so it’s very disappointing when they are inedible. It’s nice to finally have an employee go out of their way to make sure the customer has a great experience.

  They are supposed to be open 24 hours and it’s 10:24 and they aren’t open very unprofessional

  Food was decent per usual not good or bad they, locked the doors an hour early saying they were short staffed no matter what they have to leave lobby doors open till 12am which is what it says on the door it is currently 11:05pm and their doors are locked on both sides and i had placed a mobile order for pickup inside the lady at the speaker said she is the only one currently inside right now and their are multiple cars in the drive thru and had us wait for 5 minutes at the speaker she was kind but the wait time was just way to long.

  OMG. Put in an uber order, AN HOUR LATER I’m notified McDonald’s uber menu is down and they aren’t processing orders. So I go to get my food like a normal person, like is light- fantastic. Pull forward and have to wait 20 more minutes. Fries are halfway frozen but whatever, make it home and they STILL FORGOT my nuggets. I know- dramatic, but now here we are 2 hours later, I’m HANGRY and still don’t have any nuggets… I promise, working fast food is not difficult, get it together people!

  HAIR IN FOOD!!!This place has been a joke since we moved here almost a year ago, the fort worth MacDonalds run circles around these clowns. You never get food at the window, always asked to "go park" and they'll bring it out to you, and they ALWAYS forget something and make you come in to get what you paid for. Fries are ALWAYS brick cold and hard. But what really forced me to post this today was THE HAIR I FOUND IN MY DAUGHTER'S FRIES!!!!! And they didnt bring us the 3 slushes we paid for, so when my husband had to go in, yet again, and told them they treated him like he was lying and verified through their register that we paid for them because they didnt give him his receipt to prove to them they forgot our stuff. Really REDICULOUS if there was a different one closer than lake worth, I wouldn't go to this one.
