Rude staff members. Nasty food , filthy store, I would told that employees are not getting, I will not being going to eat there again ..

Best campus food chain restaurant. Service is always great and quick. Though they are often swamped at night with college students, they get through the orders the best they can and very efficiently. There's always the sweetest lady usually working at night who seems like the backbone of this operation. I'm always impressed with the kindness of the staff and cleanliness of this establishment.

Teach your employees to communicate better with customers. The last time I went there, I asked one of the team members named Leila a simple question about which drink was mine, and she responded by saying, “Don’t be silly.” I found that comment very rude and disrespectful.
I understand that she is still young, and I respect young employees who are learning and gaining experience. However, being young should not excuse disrespectful communication with customers. I also tried to report the situation, but the manager dismissed my concern by saying, “She’s just a kid,” and was also very rude during the interaction.
I believe every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, and I hope your team can improve the way they communicate with customers in the future.each your employees to communicate better with customers. This Whataburger location in Austin is simply outstanding and one of the best fast food experiences the city has to offer. The burgers are always fresh hot and packed with that iconic bold Whataburger flavor that keeps you coming back every single time. The staff here is exceptionally friendly efficient and always manages to keep things running smoothly even during the busiest rush hours. Every order comes out accurate and perfectly assembled which is always a sign of a well run and well managed location. The restaurant is consistently clean and well maintained throughout the day and the drive-thru service is impressively fast. Whataburger is a Texas institution and this particular location represents everything that makes this beloved brand so special. A truly outstanding stop every single time without fail!

Literally the most incompetent, slow employees you’ll ever see in your life. No sense of urgency and are generally just incredibly unpleasant. You would think they would have better and more people working at such a busy location.
