  Selected curbside on app and checked in.10 min past pick up time called with no answer. Went inside and told you should have come inside. We are not aloud to parking lot at night. Food was setting there for a while. App should reflect this and they should contact customers if they cannot fulfill there end of the bargin.

  Girl in blue shirt was not professional and braids I think was at the window was rude and didn’t acknowledge us it wasn’t busy

  I never come on here to leave negative reviews, but this is by far and without a doubt, the worst, and consistently the worst, Whataburger that I’ve ever been to in my entire life, anywhere in the state of Texas. Every time I come here, I feel like I’m in an SNL skit, or an episode of “what would you do?” rather than eating at a Whataburger. This store’s level of service can be described like this: there is probably at least one person in the store and that person might have a pulse. That’s it. And it’s not just this most recent round of employees. It’s all of the employees that have ever been hired, fired or quit here over the past four years. Straight up, four years running, undisputed back to back to back champs for worst service in not just Austin, but all of Texas (*competition includes all Jack in the Box locations*). I’d rather fly Frontier from Austin to San Antonio with a 14 hour layover in Charlotte, NC, just to have the second leg of my flight cancelled and be forced fly Spirit all the way back to San Antonio just so I could to eat at the Whataburger there rather than this absolute nightmare of a Whataburger on 28th and Guad.

  This is, without a doubt, the worst Whataburger location in Austin. I gave it one star only because there was no option to give zero stars. It is completely unacceptable and unreasonable to make a customer wait more than an hour and a half in the drive-thru just to receive a mobile order, especially when the lobby was closed. What was even more concerning was that some customers were allowed to receive their orders inside the lobby while others were not. Why are some customers being treated differently from others? There were also many other customers waiting for their orders, which clearly indicates that this was not an isolated issue. The entire experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning to this location.

  Inside of the restaurant was closed, went through drive thru to get my pick up order and it took an entire hour. Even for as the long as the line was, that kind of wait is abysmal for any fast food restaurant. It’s apparent that they are quite understaffed, and I do feel bad for the workers who have to deal with a lot of influx. Just wish I could’ve canceled my order and left.
