  HORRIBLE WAIT!!! Waited over an hour for a mobile order in the drive-thru, when it was placed 30 minutes ago. Don’t come here, everything is horrible.

  I had almost lost all hope for Whataburgers due to the quality and service we receive in Abilene but this location was fantastic hot/tasty food and service was great.

  Open 24 hours and surprisingly friendly even super late at night, especially considering they were serving the full bar‑crowd spillover from nearby spots closing down. Food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The place was clean, the staff was patient, and the parking lot was well lit — easy in, easy out. Solid late‑night stop.

  Regularmente voy a esta cadena de restaurantes y generalmente me va bien, ayer fue la excepción ya que llegamos a pedir por el auto servicio, mi pedido estaba mal hecho. Pedí una de mis hamburguesas sin mostaza y le pusieron, además la carne sin sal sin nada de sabor… eso aunque no debería pasar uno pudiera entender si el restaurante está lleno puede pasar, lo que NUNCA debería suceder es que te traten mal. Compramos 7 combos de hamburguesas y como siempre lo hago pedí mayonesa, me dieron una LIMOSNA de mayonesa y le pedí al señor ( Ernesto o algo así parecido) un poco más de mayonesa explicándole que me gusta comer papas fritas con mayonesa y de manera amable me dijo que me conseguiría más, después cuando los entrega la segunda bolsa todo cambió cuando dice de manera muy sarcástica “ no han comido en todo el día???? Se les nota” queriéndome decir que somos unos lambusios o muertos de hambre, por educación por ser una persona mayor no le dije nada y espere 1 día más para escribir esto por que si lo hago inmediatamente ayer lo hubiera hecho con la ira que tenía…. Sé que Whataburger no irá a la bancarrota por que yo no vaya más.Pero no les gasto 1 dólar más.

  This place will ruin your order and your night. If you’re looking for a whataburger that will actually allow you to enjoy your meal this is not the place. Messes up my order on not only one but TWO nights in a row. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by coming back tonight but their service is atrocious and the orders are always wrong. Whole staff should be reconsidering career paths. Truly a disgraceful establishment and whataburger should be ashamed to have their name on the building.
