Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
This message is for Stephanie and her managers.
Stephanie has, without question, provided me with the worst customer service I have experienced at this location. I have visited this store multiple times, and every single time she has been there, she has spoken to me with an irritated, sarcastic, and passive-aggressive attitude that makes customers feel completely unwelcome.
This is clearly not "just a bad day." It is a consistent pattern of behavior. She acts as if every customer is an inconvenience and behaves as though everyone else is wrong while she is always right. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to be treated this way.
Today, her attitude completely ruined what should have been a normal visit. No customer should leave feeling frustrated or disrespected simply because of the way an employee chooses to treat people.
If this behavior continues to be tolerated, you will continue to lose customers. I strongly encourage management to address this issue seriously instead of dismissing it as an isolated incident. Customer service should reflect professionalism and respect, and Stephanie has consistently failed to provide either.
I sincerely hope something is done, because experiences like this are exactly why customers choose not to return.

I ordered a kid's mill chicken strip meal for my daughter.They gave me old names.Chicken strips in cold burnt fries.I will never be going to that location again and I will be calling the corporate office to complain.I had to feed my daughter with that.Are you gonna give me a free meal now

Tammie C was such a great cashier and performed a wonderful job with our most difficult order. She literally didn't make one mistake on our complicated order! Such a great employee you have here on staff.

My recent experience at this Whataburger location was quite disappointing. After receiving my order, I found that several items were missing. When I called the restaurant to address this, the person who answered the phone was unfortunately very rude and dismissive. I attempted to provide my order number for reference, but I was told, 'ma'am you don't have to do all that,' which I found to be unprofessional and unhelpful. The overall customer service I encountered was poor, and because of this interaction, I will not be returning to this Whataburger and cannot recommend it."
