  I'm from Corpus Christi, the home town of Whataburger. This Whataburger has the old style of building. This location all employees are so friendly. Food is good. Made my day. Thank you so much for the young lady that was in the Drive-Thru. Very polite. I went in location on July 7th 10:16 in the morning. Thank y'all so much for the wonderful food

  Absolutely loved the crew that served me right before midnight july 5th. The girl taking orders, the brother handing out the food, and whoever was cooking back there tonight deserves the keys to the city and a tree planted in their honor.

  Simple instructions cant be followed. Ask for no ice gets a cup full of ice with literally 4 sip of liquid.

  Food quality at whataburger as a whole has gone down drastically since it was sold. this particular location on cameron used to be the better one in town, better seasoned and better service. Last time I was here some time ago, I had a very "meh" burger. This time around I had a regretful chicken sandwich and a bacon jalapeno burger. Burger had maybe 3 small pieces of lettuce that coverd only half of the burger if that, burly any mustard, and lacking seasoning. The chicken sandwich (the limited time one with the cheese spread and honey) was pretty bland aswell and the chicken patty thin, over cooked and well... dry. Not to mention the cheese sauce pretending to be pimento cheese was just not that good.

  You know, with some fast-food restaurants and drive-thrus, you’re lucky if the person taking your order even seems to have a pulse. Other times, someone may be overly energetic but still get the order wrong. Today, I had the opportunity to stop by Whataburger to grab a sandwich so I wouldn’t have to cook or clean up, and the experience was a pleasant surprise. I was greeted with a smile by Kasha. She was very polite, professional, and handled my transaction with care. As I sat and waited for my food, thinking about the rest of my day and what I still needed to accomplish, another young lady brought out my order. She was also very professional, had a great smile, and seemed genuinely happy to be there and enjoy her job. As I was about to drive off after receiving my food, Kasha came back to the window with my credit card and receipt. I joked that it was probably a good idea for me to take those with me! I wanted to say thank you to both young ladies who helped me today. Whataburger is well represented by these women. Whether their careers continue with the company or take them elsewhere, I believe they will go far because they know how to treat customers with professionalism, kindness, and a smile. Thanks again, and I highly recommend this Whataburger location in Windsor Park.
