  Everything was AMAZING 😍 the only thing I wish you did differently was stack the nachos so that everything was evenly distributed on them!! lol other than that it’s perfect

  We were in Austin for the weekend and heard the HEB Texas bbq matches any of the other top notch Texas bbq joints around. I can 100% confirm. The fatty briskets are a must. The sides are fantastic. HEB Texas wins my favor over other bbq spots around since the wait is short and the customer service was the best we got all weekend. Marty and Cole really went out of their way to welcome us in and guide us through the menu. Would absolutely come back!

  Placed an order through favor today, cost me a decent about about $40. Order was supposed to include pickles onions and the bbq sauce. All I got was the meat. Which I wouldn't have even complained but the brisket was dry, almost tough, I could have accepted it with sauce to dip, but I didn't get any sauce or the pickles and onions although I paid for it. Not a good look

  Don’t get me wrong, the brisket is amazing. My problem was with the service, not the pitmaster. We originally tried to order 3/4 lb of brisket through the drive-thru, but the person taking the order kept asking us to repeat the amount and then repeating back 1/4 lb. We corrected it several times, but she still seemed unable to hear us clearly. It may have been a faulty drive-thru speaker, but eventually we gave up and just ordered a full pound because the communication was going nowhere. Even after correcting the order at the window multiple times, we still only received about half a pound of brisket instead of the full pound we ordered. The brisket itself tasted amazing, although I do think they slice it too thick, which is a shame because the meat is very good. I would probably try it again, especially with a different drive-thru ordering experience, because I have nothing against the pitmaster or the quality of the brisket. But the service this time was terrible, and I was disappointed that I still didn’t receive the amount of brisket I ordered and paid for. The prices are getting into Snow’s BBQ territory too, so at that price point I expect the order to be on par with them at that price, and the order correct right away. Amazing brisket, but a very frustrating service experience.

  Everything we ordered was delicious! Ashlee took care of us, and she was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was fresh, flavorful, and really enjoyable. There is plenty of parking, and the restrooms were clean as well. They also offer free Wi-Fi, and it was surprisingly fast. I really appreciated that because we were traveling and I needed to join a video meeting, while my kids needed to update a few things on their tablets. The connection worked great for all of us. My kids ordered chicken tenders with fries. I wasn’t able to take a picture because I was in my meeting, but I did get to try the fries and they were really good. The tenders were also large, juicy, and looked very tasty. Overall, a great experience and a place I would definitely recommend!
