I am a Favor shopper, and I love to pick up orders from here. They are quick, very friendly, and quick to solve any problems that may arise with the order. I tried the food, and I’d say for the price it’s great! As a born and raised Austinite, my standards for BBQ are pretty high, but I’d eat here again!

I stopped in for a quick bank visit and decided to try the pulled pork sandwich. A guy behind the counter said he couldn't help me because he was emptying a sauce bag. Anyhow, the place was practically empty and it took over 10 mins to get the sandwich. It smelled strange. When I got to my vehicle, I took a small bite. Absolutely disgusting! It tasted heavily of vinegar. I threw it away immediately. HEB, you gotta do better. This was my first and last trip to your True Bbq.

Went for some soda right when Isaac M approach the fountain drinks and asked if I had paid for my soda. He then ask if I could meet him at the counter to complete my purchase. When I paid he gave me my receipt and I was set straight. Good watchful eyes on Isaac M behalf.
