  Gave me my order in the drive through and did not put any BBQ sauncw on meal nor included the BBQ on the side that I specifically asked and paid for. Wont be back this place has gone down hill considerably.

  Always delicious food and friendly staff! Love coming here before or after shopping for my groceries. They also do trivia on Tuesday nights at 7:00 which I’ve never been to but I’ve heard is really entertaining.

  I initially had an issue with the wait time for my food due to a problem at the cashier. However, once I brought the issue to the attention of the manager, Darrin, he was extremely apologetic and immediately took steps to make things right. While my experience initially fell far short of a 5-star experience, Darrin completely turned it around and made sure I left satisfied. I was disappointed with the wait and how the situation was handled initially, but I was very impressed with Darrin’s management style, empathy, and ability to resolve the issue professionally. His customer service truly made a difference and deserves recognition.

  I saw my review was deleted some how so I’m making another one. I got $30 to-go plate that had a “double” portion of burnt ends that was mostly fat and a peach cobbler that was not even half way full. I confronted the manager and he said the portions were correct. I was told to call a 1-800 number and was told a manager would give me a call. Still waiting.

  My husband and I decided to try the "True Texas BBQ" inside the HEB Plus for lunch today. We ordered at the computer, with me ordering a pulled pork sandwich while he got a 2-meat plate. We also got a link of cut sausage to try. We noticed some items were marked "out of stock", but the items we ordered were available. About 4 minutes later, or name was called and we were told there was no pulled pork. We got a refund for my sandwich (which they have advertised as a featured item outside the store), and my husband picked chopped brisket to replace his. When our food came out, the sausage casing was so tough and rubbery it was difficult to even bite through. I had ordered the sausage cut, but they couldn't even cut it all the way through. The creamed corn was runny and lacked flavor. My husband subbed chopped brisket, which was mostly fat. I would not recommend eating here. This was a $35 lesson learned.
