  I come here and pay $35 every time when I get the 2 Meat Plate, a regular Prime Brisket sandwich, and a Peach Cobbler—the food is amazing! Every time I’m helped by the two younger folk, they’re very polite and give me 3 of each sauces for all the food. Today, 4th of July, after the very curt white bigger woman with red lipstick took my payment and asked how many sauces I wanted, same as always, 3 of each because neither the plate nor the sandwich come served sauced, she objected and tried to negotiate how many sauces we got down to 1 of each. I got a sandwich AND a 2 Meat Plate, I easily need more than 2 sauces; be real. She then said, “It’s 4th of July, we’re running low (on sauces) and we’re trying to save some for future orders”—Excuse me, what do potential future customers have to do with ME, a customer currently at the window who just paid $35? That’s a kitchen issue—which I’ve worked for over 5 years. Make more. I simply said “I need 3 of each.” She grimaced and insisted on 1 of each and asked if that was okay, to which I responded “it’s really not”, and she grimaced again and said, “Whatever,” and tossed 2 of each in. Terrible customer service.

  The place was clean and organized and the food came out hot and fresh! Eduardo the cashier and order taker was quite polite and accurate, thanks Eduardo!!! We will be returning and recommend this place to friends and family

  My mother and I have been to this location maybe 7 times total. 3 or maybe even 4 (atleast 3 now) have been missing major items. The food is always good, and the service seems good and friendly on the outside. However, we have had to come back half of the time we use the drive thru… Really ridiculous quality of service to not fulfill orders properly and this much errors. I have NEVER had this many errors at any other drive thru by the rate of times it happens. Definetly eye your bag before you go. I won’t fall for this again, no matter how good it is. Tired of driving back and getting a half assed apology with no extra compensation offered either for my time and their error. I’m Just tossed my missing items with a hasty “sorry” and close the window. Absolutely not acceptable as someone who has worked food service for many years… For reference, the second star is only because the food is good, horrible quality of service otherwise

  The sausage plate was great, and the baked potato was large and had all the sides that it needed. My cashier Bobbie Jo, sure did a wonderful job suggesting all the fixings that I needed. The lobby was clean and all employees were nice. I’ll be back again I guarantee it.

  I had the pleasure of having Heather take my order yesterday at the drive-thru. She was friendly, helpful and professional. I like the fact that she repeated my order back to me and gave me the total amount of my order before pulling up to the window. Many drive-through cashiers are just in a rush and don't repeat your order back to you, don't get the order right, and don't let you know immediately how much the order costs. When I found out from her that she had only been at this job for two weeks, I was shocked. She handled her job with confidence, ease and true kindness. Way to go, Heather!
