    Always love to go get my True Texas Bbq. But today was a miss. Had the burnt end and Mac sandwich. It had 3 bit size pieces for burnt end that was great but not enough for the Mac and cheese sandwich. I also had the chips and queso one of my faves, but the chips were quite stale. I will be sticking to my brisket sandwich in the future.

    Was excited for my first time trying out their BBQ but unfortunately I was highly disappointed. I ordered the Mac n cheese brisket sandwich, which was basically a bun full of Mac and 4 small burnt ends. I do not recommend this entree.

    The employees were very friendly, especially Crystal. Ordering was easy on the kiosk. I got a chopped beef sandwich that was very saucy and good. They also had delicious hot cornbread with tasty butter. My friend got the same as me, but with Mac and cheese and she really enjoyed how cheesy it was.

    I love shopping at HEB, they’ve always got just what you need :) One of my favorite spots in the store is the True Texas BBQ.. Ms Crystal is always so nice 😊

    What a wonderful experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, and the hospitality was exceptional. Ms. Crystal was the cherry on top, she welcomed us with such warmth, made us feel right at home, and offered thoughtful recommendations that helped us get oriented to the store. Her outstanding customer service made our visit even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!
