  I paid $15 for a super small burrito that has 3 little pieces of chicken & The bell grande used to be large but now it's half the size. I’ll never be coming back to any Tacobell ever.

  Ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito with no beans and a cheese quesadilla. The burrito had literally nothing but beans on it and the cheese on the quesadilla wasn't melted. There wasn't even an attempt to melt it, they just threw cold cheese on a tortilla and wrapped it up.

  Was so excited to try the mini taco salad, but took one bite and saw a giant hair in the next. So gross!!

  I requested no lettuce on my orders twice and found lettuce placed on my orders. Unable to enjoy meal and very disappointed in the service at this location.

  They are really terrible at service and food quality , i waited 5min and nobody helped me in the drive through untill i said hello ! I do not like having to be the one to talk to them for them to take my order firstly . I placed an order , waited in like for almost 15-20min . When I finally got my food they under portioned my large fries and were very cold ! I called them 5 times to make a complaint and nobody answered at all ! I work at a fast food industry and I never serve cold food to customers and under option food . We work hard for our money !
