  The employees don't have any communication skills, they don't have any knowledge of how to be friendly, and in top of all that, they don't care about how to handle food they don't care at all, worst atmosphere, please don't go spend your hard earned money here

  I am so thankful that this Taco Bell is back on my route and radar! I wish that the other Taco Bell that is closest to my house was more like this location! The staff is above and beyond exceptional and they ascertain that you are heard and appreciated! This location is the epitome of “Customer Care”! I won’t divulge the location that is beyond sub par, but they could learn a lot from this team of employees here at this location! Keep up the great work and side note: they made me feel really special on my birthday, when I picked up my sons and my order in the drive thru! Kudos to y’all! 🙌

  The night crew here sucks. Never put enough meat in the food and the drinks are overfilled with ice. Tired of how horrible all fast food has become.

  Fast, delicious and always on point! This Taco Bell location in Austin is consistently one of the best fast food experiences I have had. The food is always fresh, hot and prepared quickly without ever compromising on flavor or quality. The menu has something for everyone and the value for money is simply unbeatable. The drive-thru moves efficiently even during busy hours and the staff is always friendly and gets the order right every single time. The restaurant is kept clean and well maintained which is always appreciated. Whether you are grabbing a quick lunch or satisfying a late night craving, this Taco Bell in Austin delivers a reliably great experience every single visit!

  Ordered online, went in, one person was waiting, she had been waiting an extended time, waited 10 more minutes before she got hers, 3 people came in and ordered, and got their food before mine. I waited 20 minutes for the new tripple Crunchwrap, a cheesy Gordita crunch and a lux box. The Gordita crunch was missing the spicy ranch, they used melted cheese instead and the ranch is what makes the whole taco. The triple double crunch had almost NO meat and just an extra hard shell. Tables were disgusting and dirty. Pretty poor and bad experience for the wait I had. Orders placed first need to be served first. And it’s pretty simple to make the items as they are listed!
