At drive thru on Saturday night 3a.m. 5/16/26
Saw 1 female employee sitting and eating in lobby
Drive thru backed up by 14 cars
They answered
I'll be with you in a minute and never came back
I was trapped in line for 34 minutes!!!!!
Lady said she was only one making food
When I saw another employee taking a break on a Fri or Sat should NEVER be allowed from 1am til 330 am
She cost us money !!!
I lost $10 minumun sitting that long and the lady took away my tip
Like it was MY fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Manager AND owner should review video of that night and fire that employee or at least write them and whoever authorized that stupidity up!

Hi. I've left bad reviews once or twice about taco bell. I am very displeased with my service tonight. I would've left another bad review on this location if I could've. These burritos cost $3.49. The jalapeños to add are $0.70 each. I got 3 jalapeño slices in all of my burritos. That means I'm paying 23 cents for each jalapeño circle ?? Portions very underwhelming.
But before that; I was told I could be banned from the store for refilling a taco bell cup I brought in. The manager told me I was stealing and that they could ban me for this.... Then my order was made incorrectly. And the manager was very rude whenever I pointed out my order being made improperly. I work in food service and take complicated orders all day and feel so unwelcome at the 2600 W Braker Lane location. There used to be such nice people working here and this woman came off so hostile. Whoever was working the night of April 21st 2026, she was rude and set a bad example for her staff. I've managed businesses that make over $12 million a year and I know that things should be run better than they are.
I asked for fiesta strips because there were none on my burritos. She gave me a side with less than enough for 3 burritos and insisted that she gave me the standard amount when I saw her just grab some strips with her glove and not use any actual form of measurement.
I don't know how yall can get these people to care but I frequent taco bell enough to write an email (which I did not get a response for, thus I'm publicly posting this), and I care enough about the things I do and take pride in my work. I normally go to 1825 Parmer lane and they are amazing and so welcoming even when I know they are tired. Except for one manager over there, he's broken health code rules which have been enforced but we can tackle one problem at a time. I'm sincerely just distressed about the level of care I received. I have to put on a brave face and take people's orders and smile for the majority of my day and I just wanted a few burritos and these people treated me like I was the worst part of their night it seemed..

On April 3 at 1 am in the morning I went to pick up an order from Uber eats and a white lady, thick with tattoos on her fingers and hands: I write her description so that everyone who reads it knows and identifies a person with a very bad character who mistreated my wife and me forced us to turn around to pick up the order and when we complained about her bad form she did not want to give us the order and offended us repeatedly I think that a person like that with that bad attitude is not trained to work with customers and I hope that the manager of that place does not allow him at least to mistreat anyone else I put the time and the day so that they look for him on camera and see everything she did and take measures and I repeat avoid by all means that a person like that mistreat another human being again be it Latino or not all human beings deserve respect.
