I blame myself after all of the multiple fiasco trips to this location, yet, it’s always the most convenient when I’m heading home with my toddler and in a hurry to get home! Again, the whole order was a nightmare! Missing two items from my order and the mini tacos are literally “mini” and consist of cheese and very little meat! I attempted to contact the location and this isn’t the first time that I’ve encountered a “busy signal”, meaning they have taken their phone off of the hook! I guess I’m not the only customer that had a horrific experience with their order this evening! I will contact corporate!

This Taco Bell is a mess. But it's high turnover. They've taken off pretty much everything I liked or they reduced the quality so much (the corp as a whole not just this location) that I often question why I'm going here. Dairy Queen has better tacos.

I stopped by on my way home from a 12 hour shift. This was my favorite Taco Bell in Austin, and I frequent this store quite a bit. I was asked if I wanted to round it up 88 cents and I said no. I got a poopy attitude and a mess in my bag, unwrapped properly tacos. This store lost a long time customer today! If she doesn’t like her job maybe she should work elsewhere. This was a bad way to end a long day!

I stopped by the Taco Bell on Brodie in Austin with my two-year-old son, and I was pretty disappointed to find out that the chicken item we wanted and the new Chicken Bacon Ranch tacos I had been excited to try were already off the menu. I still think Taco Bell changes menu items way too often, and it can make ordering feel frustrating and unpredictable. That said, the staff here handled it really well. Jeffrey in particular was extremely kind, helpful, and understanding about the whole situation. He genuinely seemed to empathize with my disappointment and took the time to recommend some other items to try. He did not have to go out of his way like that, but he did, and I really appreciated

So, I had a video that explained more than I could convey about the horrific service at this location! The drive-thru woman said that, "per policy, I couldn't record the video". However, when I asked her where the policy was posted, she kept deflecting and then proceeded back to the drive-thru window and taking more drive thru orders (approximately 14, while all of the doordash and online order customers were neglected)! Everyone in the restaurant was appalled by the blatant disregard of the Taco Bell employees and I was the person who took the initiative and started to record the aghast of what was continuing to transpire with these apathetic employees! Shame on me for attempting a third time, to try and get even "decent" service at this location! I ended up waiting a total of 30 minutes for my food that I ordered 15 minutes prior, online. Then, a granddaughter and grandpa were dining in and my toddler and I sat waiting, next to them and the gentleman (grandpa) said that he placed their order online and they had waited 45 minutes for their order and their order wasn’t even correct, but he had a hungry little girl (as was my young son) and he wasn’t going to wait for them to correct their order! My heart really felt for the Doordash drivers (because I’m in nursing school and I am also a door dasher on the side) and the driver's reviews and livelihood are dependent on the service of the restaurant and simultaneously, at the mercy of this location's crew! I’ve given this location a valiant effort and honestly, they are habitually awful! 😢
