  The food itself was fine - regular Taco Bell order. However, after I left the drive thru I noticed there was no straw for my drink nor had staff put any sauce in my bag, which is disappointing, especially given I had a very simple order.

  Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I don’t eat this slop but was here trying to pick up a delivery order and got no help from the bad attitude 15 year olds running the place. Do better ninjas

  Awful service. Did a kiosk service. It took 30 minutes just to order a mini taco and a hard shell taco. Plus the extra condiments I paid for was not in my bag. The manager came out to gather my meal but I still didnt get what I paid for. I allergic to beans and beans was added to my taco salad. Customers re-think this location if they can’t even get a simple order together 30 minutes. I’m watching others get there food on time.

  They make you order your own food at a kiosk and it takes forever. Employees just stood there staring at us, not doing anything, never said Hi, never asked if we needed anything, just stood there staring at us. Even we when didn't click the screen for 20 seconds then it cleared our whole order and we had to restart the whole process again.
