    Went during lunch break on a Friday. The artist was a little abrasive coming through the door but in his defense, he was "in the zone". He had his head down handling business with a line of people so my apologies and thank you for being diligent in your craft.

    Awful service, request you wear masks, but employees don't. Ruined sandwich by soaking with mustard, asked for light. Employees too high to provide service. Don't go here.

    Placed an order for two sanwhiches to be delivered. 15 minutes later I get a call that that they are out of ingredients for one of the sandwiches and if I want to change my order or cancel it, so I kept the order and changed one of the sandwiches. “No problem, we will get started on your order right now” ... they say. An hour later, I get an online notification my order was cancelled. I call and ask what happened? “Oh we ran out of ingredients for one of the sandwiches and cancelled it” I tell that employee I already spoke to someone about that and I was told it wasn’t a problem to change the sandwich. This guy comes back and says “oh yeah, I remember saying we could change it but I got busy and just decided to cancel, you won’t be charged”. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and completely wasted my time.
