    Hoy estuve en este subway y un muchacho que me dijo llamarse Jeff , de cara redonda y frente abultada fue muy poco amable conmigo. Me trató como si me estuviera haciendo un favor.. quizás fue porque no domino bien el idioma inglés.. fue una experiencia desagradable.. no recomiendo este lugar.

    I want to leave an honest review about this location. It’s very clear that the staff here is extremely understaffed, and that needs to be acknowledged. There’s a young man with dark hair who often seems to be working by himself, and from what I can tell, he’s very new. You can see he’s still learning, but he is genuinely doing the best he can with what he’s been given. He takes customers one at a time, stays polite, and keeps pushing through even when it’s busy and overwhelming. Instead of getting frustrated, customers should recognize the situation he’s in. Everyone has had a first job at some point, and learning under pressure—especially without enough help—is not easy. He deserves patience and kindness, not criticism. A little understanding goes a long way, and being kind costs nothing.

    Said they didn't carry half the items that were in the menu at this location. Why are the items on the menu then?
