Review Let me start by saying, if I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I placed an online order today for myself and a coworker. We picked it up and left. My coworker took the first bite of her cold-cut sandwich and immediately threw up. She described the meat as tasting sour and spoiled. I opened my sandwich, took a bite, and had the exact same reaction. I tried calling the store four times to resolve the issue. I understand that mistakes happen, and I was simply looking for a reasonable solution. No one answered. On my fifth call, a man finally answered and told me to bring the food back. I explained that my sandwich was mostly intact aside from the two bites I had taken, but my coworker had thrown up on part of hers, so we had to discard it. He told me to come back for either a refund or a remake. After work, I returned to the store and asked for the man I had spoken with earlier. His demeanor immediately felt rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. He opened our sandwiches on the production line and inspected them, then told me he couldn’t issue a full refund because the sandwiches were not completely intact. I explained the situation again, including the fact that my coworker had thrown up on her sandwich, which is obviously why we couldn’t bring the entire thing back. His response was essentially that I should have brought it in as “proof.” I was completely baffled by this response and the lack of basic customer service. I politely asked him to contact the manager. He initially argued with me about doing so, and when he finally agreed, he said he would speak to her but that she would not speak to me directly. When he called her, he explained the situation from his perspective while leaving out several important details. The manager’s attitude was just as dismissive and unprofessional. At no point did I feel like either of them genuinely cared about resolving the issue. And then came the most disgusting part: one of the employees ate from my partially eaten sandwich to determine whether the meat was “fine.” After doing so, they proceeded to use the same gloves to prepare another customer’s food. That is completely unsanitary and unacceptable, especially in a food-service environment. I also ended up waiting approximately 20 minutes while they tried to figure out the refund on the computer. Between the questionable quality of the food, the lack of response when I called, the rude customer service, and the extremely concerning food-handling practices, I will never return to this location. I will also be contacting corporate to report this experience and the sanitation concerns. Absolutely disgusting, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. I NEVER leave reviews but this store was just Uhg

I'm a btlate but about 3 weeks ago I went with my kids to this location on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised to see they have a self order terminal unfortunately that's where the greatness of this location ends. Avoid this location at all cost I normally go to north lamar or Capital plaza but ended up here because of walmart worst mistake. Ordered at the self help terminal my daughter don't eat meat so I explained to the lady not to put any meat on her sandwich and to put it on mine unfortunately she can't speak a word of English even I put it on Google translate no help eventually another lady came to help very little understanding of the English language then while waiting after carefully ordering on terminal all.different selections thy still call to ask what we want I said look at the order long story short when we got home no meat on mine or my daughter's sandwich and every oder done completely wrong avoid this location at all cost

No gluten free options, the help did not speak English, and there were homeless people blocking the doors.
