    The Crawford location is my favorite Subway in Austin. The staff is friendly and their restaurant is always clean. I regularly visit about six different Subways in Austin and this has been my favorite one since I first visited about one year ago. Philip

    Staff are friendly and kind and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They make delicious sandwiches and work very hard to please each and every customer. Definitely recommend coming here for a quick lunch and high-quality customer service!

    This Subway has really stepped up their game. Always greet me by name, super accommodating to my requests, and amazingly friendly staff. If only they were all like this. Best Subway I have been to. Thanks y'all for brining hospitality to fast food!!!!!

    I’m not expecting five-star service, but the attitude from the staff today was ridiculous. The person behind the counter was visibly bothered just by me being there, shaking their head and giving off a very dismissive energy. They didn't communicate at all; it was just 'they/them' acting like making a sandwich was a massive inconvenience. Terrible vibe
