  Chris is an incredible server. So personable and made our dining experience marvelous! My parents were visiting from halfway across the country. We celebrated both of our birthdays and Chris made us feel extra special! He is very attentive and could anticipate our desires even before we knew. Thank you so much for making our experience above and beyond.

  JJ was an exceptional server!! She had great recommendations - especially the old fashion. It was probably the best cocktail I’ve ever had in my life. We were able to enjoy the BEAUTIFUL sunset over lake Travis with some wonderful appetizers and great music. The steaks were so good that I forgot to take pictures, but rest assured they were the star of the show!! We will definitely be back!!!

  They took our anniversary date night and turned it into an experience. The food was great. The steak tasted like it came from a truly happy cow, and the simple yet delicious potatoes and green bean sides were a perfect match to go with it. The calamari appetizer was also a real star for me, I'd been craving good calamari for awhile and it hit the spot perfectly. They also gave us a slice of a very rich chocolate cake at the end to celebrate our anniversary. The service was excellent. Every employee was either truly focused on giving us a good experience, or faking it enough that it doesn't matter. Warm smiles, happy anniversary wishes (A card signed by the staff!), filled cups and just genuine politeness all around. The atmosphere is incredible. We sat outside on the patio, and it has a sun screen that rolls up automatically at sunset so you can sit there without getting too hot waiting for it. Fans too! Definitely recommend this place, especially for an anniversary or other couple's event.

  Took my team to Steiner Ranch for dinner after a long day and it was perfect! Weather was perfect for us to sit on the patio and listen to the live music. We had the Porterhouse steak with Lobster Mac & Cheese. The steak wasn’t my best experience on seasoning but the Lobster Mac & Cheese was divine! Our waiter, JJ, was super helpful and answered everyone’s questions. Absolutely would recommend this place!

  This was so bad. I feel like no one will believe me. After waiting almost an hour past our reserved time, we waited another 15 minutes until our waitress found us. We ordered some oysters on the half shell as one of our appetizers and they were not fresh at all. The waitress actually asked us how they were and I politely told her they weren’t the best. She just asked if we’d ever had oysters before… Ironically I had never had oysters that tasted that old. We waited another hour and our food did not show up. I found a manager and asked him if they were just having an off night and he said it would’ve have been better if we made a reservation (which we did). There was also plenty of empty seating… I asked our waitress to close us out so we could go elsewhere and she apologized and offered to remove one of our appetizers from our tab. When we finally got the tab, nothing had been removed and she quickly walked off. When I brought it up she said “well let me go talk to my manager”. It was removed 20 minutes later right before we walked out the door. I swear I couldn’t make this night up. Honestly my wife and I laugh about it now.
