  We come to Steiner for Sunday brunch about once a month, and it’s always a great experience! There’s truly something for everyone — plenty of great options for the kids and adults, and of course, the dessert table is always a huge hit with the kids. We always ask to sit in the Sunny Side Room, which is our favorite! The kids love sitting by the windows and looking out over the lake. Even though it was a little gloomy Sunday morning, the lake was beautiful and full, and the view is always such a nice touch. The service is consistently amazing. The staff serving the buffet are always so friendly, attentive, and keep everything clean and well-maintained. We always leave happy, FULL, and look forward to coming back each month. Definitely one of our favorite family brunch spots! Side note— One of our favorite memories happened in October 2025 when my son noticed that one of the flags outside had gotten caught in the trees and was torn. He mentioned it to the managers, who invited him to help take it down and replace it with a new one. He was so honored, they even gifted the flag to him, and to this day, he looks at those flags every time we visit and proudly remembers being able to help. It’s especially meaningful because he’s helped with flags at his school since he was young.

  Even though it was a rainy evening, our experience at the restaurant was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch the manager’s name, but he was wonderful as well. When they opened the patio area, he personally came over to let us know and told us that if we needed anything at all or weren’t completely comfortable, we should come straight to him. That kind of attention and care really stood out to us. And a very special thank you to our server, Sam! He was absolutely amazing. He helped us with our choices, shared his recommendations, took such great care of us throughout the entire evening, and even carefully packed everything for us at the end. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the restaurant surprised us with a beautifully decorated piece of cake, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. ❤️ Sam truly made our evening feel special. He was warm, attentive, genuine, and an absolute pleasure to talk to. We left in such a great mood and kept talking afterward about how wonderful the service had been. Thank you so much to Sam and the entire team for making our anniversary dinner such a lovely experience. We will absolutely be back!

  This is not the same restaurant I've been to in the past. The service was not what we expected for a meal at this price point. We went for my son's 18th birthday. We had an early (5pm) reservation for five, so not a large party, and our table was not ready. Our server took way too long to show up, too long to take a drink order, too long to get us the drinks. She completely disappeared for like 10-15 minutes. We likely would have ordered more drinks and an appetizer if she had been more attentive. By the time she came back we just wanted to order our main dinner. She set the wrong drinks down in front of the wrong people, and cleared all but one wine glass from the table - except the one she left was not the person who ordered wine. While we appreciated a complimentary dessert for my son, the only choice they offer is bread pudding. We would have gladly paid for his dessert if offered other choices, which I did offer to him, but the free dessert was in front of him and he felt bad rejecting it.

  We’ve been to Steiner for special occasions many times and they always manage to bring an amazing experience. Shout out to our server Hailey who provided impeccable service to our family. Her menu recommendations were off the chart and our glasses never went unfilled. Friendly, welcoming, attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu. We love the atmosphere and the outstanding service, and they managed to top themselves yet again. I still hold that there is nothing on their menu that isn’t delicious and the service matches that standard. Another round of applause for Steiner!

  I have been here three times now and have not had a great experience any of those times. A lot of people recommend this place to me, but I just can’t recommend it to anyone else. The atmosphere is nice, but I’ve had problems with the food and service every time. I won’t be going back. The first time my steak was not cooked correctly. My friend’s steak was not cooked correctly either. We ended up waiting well over 30 minutes for new steaks. When we got our steaks, we asked for boxes because everyone else was finishing up. The waiter was trying, but she clearly needed help. We had a large party and were spending money, and yet everyone felt ignored. We walked away wanting to say we had a good experience, but most people didn’t. The most recent time, I ordered the Ahi tuna and crab soup. The tuna was not good, and I ate about 1/3 of it and couldn’t eat anymore. I tried to give it to people at the table to try since I thought maybe I was wrong about the texture and flavor, but they weren’t biting either. It wasn’t remotely like ahi tuna steaks I’ve had at other high-dollar restaurants. The lime rice was rock hard and had clearly been scraped off the bottom of a rice cooker. I know it was from the bottom of a rice cooker because I’ve made rice like that at my house. I just don’t expect it at a very pricey steakhouse. It was inedible. The crab soup was lukewarm at most. It tasted fine, but it had obviously been sitting out and was getting cold. I want to recommend this place. Everyone tells me it’s great. But I won’t be going back. Edit: I wanted to add and forgot, the stuffed mushrooms are the best I’ve ever had anywhere. I highly recommend them.
