We tried the Wagyu hot dogs and the burnt ends, and both were fantastic. I can't wait to cook the tri-tips we picked up next. They also have a thoughtfully curated selection of wines and delicious sides, making it a one-stop shop for a great meal. The staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions. Highly recommend!

Went to Southern Steer Butcher for the first time yesterday figured I’d make the drive from Round Rock knowing of their dry ager, picked up a 30-day dry aged ribeye, and 45-day dry aged ribeye as well as some other meats. Both dry aged ribeyes were absolutely phenomenal, reverse seared them both and shared them with my father, we were both insanely impressed with the great quality, marbling and flavor. Absolutely worth the drive, pricing absolutely reasonable and will be back for more!
