Personally, I’ve never had any major issues at this location. Great service, staff double checks orders and all that. The times I’ve had to wait, my order always came out correct and fresh (steaming hot). Could probably clean the fryers more often though. Tots had excess grease/oil

Hands down, absolutely the worst experience ive encountered at a fast food place. Ive literally pressed that stupid red button FIVE TIMES AND IS JUST DISCONNECTS. DO NOT GO HERE, DRIVE 2 MINS DOWN THE ROAD TO THE ONE OFF RESEARCH BLVD. I dont like leaving bad reviews but this location 100000000% earned it. Ive been here 18 minutes with ABSOLUTELY NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I mean my goodness. I had to click the red button 6 different times before it actually worked and the credit card swipe and tap didn’t work so we had to figure out paying in cash. Not even to mention the fact that I went there once when they said they were open and the staff lied to me and said they were closed. They need to get new ownership and new staff at this location
