  Took 15 minutes to get through on the order intercom after having to press the button 6 times because it kept getting deactivated. Waited an additional 15 minutes before getting the single slushee I ordered (which ended up NOT being a slush but a fountain drink) while the pigeon lady employee prioritized feeding the birds and adding ice to the bird bath instead of serving the paying customers who have been waiting for half an hour. Absurd lack of service and urgency. Maybe this location should change its name from Sonic to Slowpoke.

  Dreadful service. Virtually no customers yet still waited for 15mins and was told we would be served soon. No service arrived so we left empty handed. Shall never return to this place.

  They completely messed up our order and when I tied explaining the situation the manager gave me very negative Attitude. Will not be coming back Horrible Service.

  I only got ice but I been having a rough day until I see Miss Zaina an employee here! She was the best representative for sonic!! Beautiful spirit very positive energy polite such a blessing to meet employees that loves their customers!! I pray she gets a raise Ty sonic for making Zaina apart of this team…
