  The guy was rude and our fries/tots were burnt crisp. And after eating the burger I got such a bad stomach ache. I strongly urge people to not go here to this Sonic Drive In. I've came here several times and every time the people are rude.

  Clean lobby, tables and chairs- good job! The staff was polite, got our order right, and were courteous our entire time there. Food was hot, fresh and delicious! I even ordered a Banana Pudding Shake to go, and I'm enjoying it's deliciousness at home right now. Highly recommend this location!

  I can't comment on the food because i never got to that point. I pulled into the drive thru and pulled up to the speaker to order. No response, so I waited...... then i waited some more..... at this point its been 5 minutes and 2 cars have pulled up behind me. I say "hello, hello?" No response...... wait a few more minutes... the screen is totally black so I'm wondering if they closed early or something.... now 4 cars are waiting behind me so i again say "hello" ...then a very rude voice comes on and tells me "they are the only person taking orders and I'm just going to have to wait!" I am sure the employee was feeling very overwhelmed at that moment but I will not tolerate being treated so rudely so simply saying "hello"-- no complaints about the wait, no attitude from me-- just "hello". So i pulled out of line and went to the Jack in the box that's 100 yards away. Within a minutes drive there is Jack-in- the- box, Taco Bell, McDonald's, Whataburger and Schlotzkys-- this is literally fast food central in North Austin. Go somewhere else-- anywhere else. I play hockey next door to Sonic at Chap ice weekly and I'll never go back to that Sonic. I can excuse execution failures like long waits or errors in my order. We are all mortal and errors occur. I will never excuse unprovoked rudeness from an employee -- that's not an error that's an attitude problem.
