  Corporate please fix the machines at this place! The employees are wonderful, they do a fantastic job and this is not on them. Y'all need to update their machines because this is what y'all specialize in and this is three weeks out of four that you can't make cream slushes, that's ridiculous..

  This location used to be so good but the leadership or something must have changed a lot recently because every experience I’ve had ordering from this Sonic for the past two months has been such a bummer. Today was bad enough to remark in so I’m going to: I ordered online and checked in, waited fifteen minutes and walked into the lobby to inquire about my order. I informed the cashier that I had an online order and she grabbed the only bag of food and drink behind her and handed them to me. When I explained that I had checked in fifteen minutes ago but nobody came, there was no genuine concern about the fact that my food, at this point, had likely all gone cold. (don’t worry — it did!) they didn’t offer me a card for the wait, which I understand is standard practice but moreover they just didn’t care. When I got back to my car and rushed back to work I then noticed that they had forgotten part of my order, which really just added insult to injury. This team does not seem to be educated on how to provide a consistent experience to its patrons. I am assuming based on my experience in the workforce that this is a trickle-down from sub-par leadership. Maybe the manager smoking a cigarette in the parking lot every single time I visit is a giveaway! This location needs some serious work as of July 2026.

  GROSS. Went inside and was hit with a horrible smell (think mold + sewer). Visible mold everywhere, ceiling tiles rotted through, etc. Immediately walked out because it seemed like a biohazard.
