  Thought i would grab something fast after a very long day working in the heat, cooking would have thrown off the schedule. Well, it took them 30 mins to bring our food...and it was all cold. I don't know if they are short staff or a bunch of chatty Cathys but it was frustrating 😕

  2/3 drinks were wrong but still delicious and close enough to what we ordered, so no loss there. Julian brought out the rest of the order (a medium fry) and told us there was a surprise in the bag. We were confused until we discovered tater tots at the bottom of the fries. Intentional? Not sure, but again, delicious and welcomed. 10/10 please never fire him.

  I ordered a Sonic blast and waited 15 minutes to get it, after I reminded AJ that Alejandroo was supposed to have been on his way with it five minutes earlier. He said it would be right out. When he brought it out, I asked him if it was melted, because I figured that it had just been sitting there, and he said no. I gave him the money for the order, and he went to get change. When I put the spoon in the blast it was melted. When he came back out I told him it was melted and to give me a refund. I called and talked to Kat Gutierrez, and she said that they had been having issues with their ice cream machine. IF that’s the case, then why serve blasts?! I think the issue was that they just left it sitting in the heat.
